Plant Maintenance Services
We are able to provide plant maintenance services in
line with our customers requirements.
Daily Plant Maintenance contracts require us to essentially
keep the customers plant in good operating condition on a
regular routine basis without effecting the process operations.
In general we will assign a group of staff and skilled workman
to attend to maintenance works. The scope of work typically
entails repair and replacement of valves and gaskets for static
equipment, piping, tankages, vessels, exchanger retubing and
fire heater tube replacement.
Turnaround Plant Maintenance contracts are undertaken
to increase the customers plant capacity and/or efficiency.
Turn around Maintenance requires temporary shutdown of the
plant and is usually undertaken on a planned basis. It usually
involves cleaning up the plant and maintaining equipment that
cannot be serviced during normal operation.
