Compression, Process & Metering Skids,FPSO Topside

Our subsidiary HS Compression & Process is an OEM for Cooper Superior Compressor products. Our Design Engineers can custom built or tap from standard package designs to meet the most demanding compression requirements for offshore or onshore installations

Our compressor packages comply to most engineering standards like API, ASME, ANSI or even European, Australian and Chinese codes. All structural, pressure vessels, electrical and controls systems are in-house designed, fabricated and tested to stringent quality control.

Different types of compressors can be packaged to fulfill the broad compression applications needs:

1. Vane type compressors (discharge pressures upto 150 PSIG)
2. Screw type compressors (discharge pressures upto 350 PSIG)
3. Reciprocating type compressors (discharge pressures upto 7000 PSIG)

Compressors can be driven by Gas Engines or Electric Motors ranging from 100hp upto 8000hp.

Our compressors serve the upstream Oil and Gas industry and the downstream Petrochemical industry. Each compressor package can be modulised and shipped to remote onshore or offshore installations.

Our experieced service support personnels from Singapore & our regional offices can be quickly mobilised to assist in installation and commissioning of the compressors. Classroom and hands-on training can be arranged to train operators.

Our team also capable of producing topsides for fixed production facilities and floating production storage offloading (FPSO) vessels. A topside is an oil and gas processing facility building on a platform and which can be used either onshore or offshore.

We have secured contracts from customer to deliver compression/FPSO topside to Australia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Thailand, Europe and China.

Hiap Seng Engineering has also been a major fabricator of Metering Skids with EPC scope, in alliance with Emerson Process & has been exporting to many countries including China, Vietnam, Pakistan & India.
