HIAP SENG is
ISO 9001 accreditated since 1995. The adherence to a QMS is primarily aimed at preventing non-conformity through proper documentation, confirmations, traceability and auditing systems. This enables us to control and improve our operational procedure and maintain documentary records in evidence of the effectiveness of the system.

We ensure that no works shall be delivered to the customer until all the procedures set out in our Inspection and Test Plan, Process Control Plan have been satisfactorily completed and verified.

It is a HIAP SENG requirement that all sub-contractors apply quality standards compatible with HIAP SENG’s.

Our fabrication shops are certified for
ASME “U” & “S” stamps since 2003. This covers the scope of shop construction and field assembly of pressure vessels, power boilers and boiler external piping.

Additionally our shops are also certified for
NBBI “R” since 2006. This covers the scope of Repair and alteration of pressure retaining items.
